Shipping and Returns 

Return of an in-store purchase:

You may bring your product to our Studio 828 Salon for a refund within 30 days with proof of purchase.
You must bring in the original item, unopened and all original components.
No more than 5% of products can be used.
Refunds can only be made to the original purchase method, please bring the credit or debit card that you used to purchase the item.
If the item is no longer on sale, an exchange can be made if it’s within the same sale parameters.
Beauty points are forfeited when a return is issued.
Clearance/discounted item purchases are final, no returns or exchanges.
Select items are not returnable due to sanitary reasons: combs/brushes, nail polish/nail products, hair extensions/wigs, opened packages of rollers, opened packages of waxes, opened packages of implements.
We reserve the right to limit returns if there is reason to suspect abuse of excessive returns (i.e., more than one exchange or refund monthly).

Terms and Conditions

Our Service Guarantee
 

Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with the service you receive at Studio 828 Salon. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours of when your service was completed.

Refunds
 

All services are non-refundable but we will be happy to schedule a corrective service if needed. To qualify for a corrective service, it must be a mistake made from the service provider (not something you might have changed your mind about after the service was performed).

 

A redo does have to be validated by management in cases of disagreement.
You have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a corrective service if one is needed. Redo's will not be allowed after 7 days from original service date.
Please keep in mind, hair with previous box color or professional color may need more than one service to achieve the final desired look.

Right to Refuse Service
 

Studio 828 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly or if the state of their hair health may negatively affect the service wanting to be done.
After a thorough consultation, if stylist is not confident to achieve desired result, they have a right to refuse the service.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
 

We understand that some unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to
cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. In order to respect the time of our staff as well as our guests, we simply ask that you let us know at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. This allows ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel or reschedule your service.

No Show


In order to respect the time of our stylists, if an appointment is no-showed, you may be subject to a $30 no-show fee.

​

Late
 

Please be mindful of your stylist and other guest’s time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule that appointment and is subject to the $30 no-show fee.

Appointments
 

Walk ins are welcome but we do encourage you to call the salon to make an
appointment or go on our website to complete the contact form to get in touch.

​

Head Lice
 

It is against state board policy to perform services on clients with lice. If a client is
diagnosed with head lice while receiving the service, we would not be able to complete that service until 48 hours after treatment of the lice is completed and all knits and lice are gone.
